The Chart Range Pavilion

A great way to enhance your garden and give your property a new lease of life.

Our Chart Pavilions feature a beautiful 1.2m (4′) deep covered veranda, supported by 100mm x 100mm support posts, curved bracing, chamfered spindles and handrails.

Ranging from a compact 3.6m x 3.6m (including veranda) up to our largest (standard) Pavilion of 10.9m x 7.3m – ideal for Tennis, Cricket and Bowls Clubs.

Main Features

  • Shiplap or Weatherboard pressure treated exterior cladding.
  • Eaves height of 2.235m.
  • Building framing size of 75mm x 50mm.
  • Double glazed casement windows.
  • PVC French double doors
  • Guttering and down pipe to front and rear elevations.
  • Black Onduvilla lightweight tiles or black/grey felt tiles, as standard.

Full Specification

Wall Construction

Walls are built with 75mm x 50mm (4″ x 2″) timber framing at 600mm (24″) centres, and are diagonally braced where necessary.

Wall Cladding

Selected high-quality Shiplap 19mm x 125mm (¾” x 5″) pressure-treated for a long maintenance free life fixed with rust-resisting nails. Weatherboard is available as an option.

Wall Lining

An eco-breather membrane to meet the requirements of BS 4016 Type 2 is placed between the studwork and the exterior cladding of all the walls. Various internal wall linings and insulation are available on request.

Roof Construction

Roof constructed using raised trusses spaced at 600mm centres throughout. Roofs are then boarded with OS board and covered with either black felt tiles or black Onduvilla tiles as standard. Other colours are also available as an optional extra in shaded brown, red or green. Ventilation grilles to aid air flow through roof. An additional 100mm overhang is added to each gable end.

Floors

Internal timber floors are available as an optional extra, with or without insulation.

Covered Veranda to Front

1200mm (4’) deep covered veranda supported by four 100mm x 100mm support posts with 458mm (18″) curved bracing, newel posts, chamfered spindles and hand rails.

Doors

PVC double French doors come as standard.

A single Personal Door is available as an optional extra.

Windows

Depending on the size of your Garden Building it will come with two pressure treated double glazed opening windows. A selection of sizes and different designs are available to choose from.

Height

2235mm (7’3″) to eaves height. We are able to increase this height, should you require. The overall height of the building will vary upon the width or the building.

Guttering

Black 100mm (4″) half-round guttering and downpipes are fitted to the front and rear of the building.

Timber Treatment, Staining and Painting

All timber is pressure-treated (excluding roof purlins).
