Our Health and Safety Commitment to our Staff and Customers
Over the twenty five years that we have been in business we have worked hard to design and manufacture buildings that our customers will gain many years of use and pleasure from. Hand in hand with this is the investment and importance that we put in developing and training our staff. Understanding and providing a healthy and safe environment for us staff to work in whether in our large Workshop here in Kent or out on site at our customers’ locations is of utmost importance to us.
We are very aware that the health and safety of our staff is about sensible, proportionate actions that will protect them and those they work with.
From the earliest stages of building a relationship with you, the customer, you will become aware of the importance that we put on checking the environment that our staff will be coming to work in. There is a duty of care not only from us towards our staff but also of each property owner.
Our staff undertake a diverse range of training that covers First Aid, Manual Handling, Working at Height and ongoing training in the use of power tools and a wide range of electric saws and mortise and tenon. Further training is given and maintained for our Fork Lift drivers, along with those who are chosen to go forward to train for their C1 Class 2 Drivers Licence to enable them to drive our lorries.
